Super Bowl Snack : Buffalo Chicken Pockets Recipe

This year, my team, the New England Patriots, didn’t make it the big game, but that doesn’t mean I won’t be attending any Super Bowl parties. For me, it’s all about the Cold Play half time show, the food, and the commercials.

Coming from Georgia, it’s hard to go to any game day, office potluck, or social gathering without encountering “Buffalo Chicken Dip”. It’s pretty much a southern staple and everyone seems to have their own special way of making it.

I’m not a big fan of dips, myself. Something about thought¬†of people double dipping just doesn’t sit well with me. (Slight germaphobe). So I decided to make the dip portable and personal by putting it in a pocket of warm flaky croissant. They are definitely a crowd pleaser, as I made two batches and they were gone within an hour! You’ll thank me later ūüėČ
