Dinner with a Spanish Flair : Chicken & Vegetable Kebabs

Tonight’s dinner was quick and easy, 1-2-3 !

1. Marinate boneless chicken thighs overnight in adobo, lime juice, jalapeños, and cilantro.

2. Chop up some peppers and onions.

3. Skewer, and throw under the broiler! Eat. Enjoy. Share.
